Each item is one-of-a-kind, ensuring that your purchase is truly special. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to update our offerings, prices, and terms at any time without prior notice. • All prices are listed in Aud and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• We accept payments via online Square, Paypal and afterpay.

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase, and no items will be shipped until payment is successfully processed.

• ​Requesting a Commission: To request a commissioned artwork, please contact us via the commission page or email. After agreeing on the details, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

• Commission Revisions: We allow for up to 3 reasonable revisions during the creation process. However, significant changes after the work has been completed may incur additional charges.

• Completion Time: Commissioned artworks take varying amounts of time depending on complexity and the artist's schedule. We will provide an estimated timeline when the commission is confirmed.

• Refunds for Commissions: Custom commissions are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital product cannot be refunded or exchanged.

• Physical Products: We do not accept returns on physical artwork unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days for a return or exchange.

• Refund Process: If a refund is granted, it will be processed to the original method of payment.

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically

• ​Artwork Sizes: Sizes of artworks vary depending on the piece. The specific size for each artwork will be provided on its product page. Custom sizes may be available for certain works upon request.

• Framing: Frames are not included with any artworks. We recommend arranging for your own framing or contacting a local framer. Upon request we can arrange your framing with additional fees. 

• Pixel Art: Custom pixel art commissions are available but must be created per order. Due to the time and detail involved, availability for pixel art commissions is limited. Please inquire directly for availability.

• ​Personal Use Only: All downloadable artwork is for personal use and decoration only. You may print and display them in your home, but you are not permitted to reproduce, redistribute, or sell the prints in any way. Only one drawing is distributed per purchase.

• File Access: Once your payment is processed, you will receive a link to download the high-resolution file. This link will expire after a set period (usually 24-48 hours), so please ensure you download your files promptly.

• Shipping Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks after purchase, depending on demand and availability. This time allows for high-quality works to be safely sent and packaged. 

• Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods, and the cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

• International Shipping: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

• Shipping Issues: If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to resolve the issue. Photos of the damage may be required.

• ​​​All artwork, both digital and physical, remains the intellectual property of the artist. Buyers are granted only a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the artwork for personal use.

• Reproduction, Distribution, or Commercial Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any artwork for commercial purposes without the artist’s express permission.
